Earning Capacity Assessment

 

An Earning Capacity Assessment is used to determine the loss in earnings incurred as a result of the illness/injury suffered by the client. It is extremely helpful in adjudicating claims, setting reserves, and developing structured settlements. It is a valuable component of a Life Care Plan and essential anytime there is long term wage loss.
